Hands-On Activities

Hands-on activities are an effective method for teaching children chemistry to children. SPICE leads a number of different hands-on activities at science events at local schools, libraries and other venues. 

We bring all the materials needed for an activity and have our own transportation to and from events.  All necessary safety precautions are provided and taken by the SPICE team.  Additionally, we are a non-profit organization, however we do have to pay for the costs of transportation and supplies used in the demo shows.  We ask for a $75 donation per event.
